A typical Strategic Growth Framework engagement takes typically 2 to 4 weeks. This includes the initial business diagnosis, competitor positioning review, strategic brand value proposition alignment, delivering the final creative assets and playbook for your team.

Once a proposal is signed, we usually kick off within 5 to 7 business days with a 90-minute Strategic Workshop Discovery Session to map your current business bottlenecks, goals, and upcoming marketing needs.

Very little administrative overhead. For The Strategic Growth Framework I need about 2–3 hours of your time total across the discovery call, brand review, and final handover walkthrough. For retainers, we set up a streamlined weekly or bi-weekly check-in to keep projects moving without clogging your calendar. The point is, I will be a trusted partner with you for your goals and gain business growth.
